Do you work with military families and VA loans?
Yes. I’m a Navy spouse and former Navy brat, and PCS moves, VA loans, BAH budgets and buying from out of state are a big part of my business.
Can you help me buy before I arrive?
Yes. I scout neighborhoods, test-drive commutes and tour homes on live video so you can make decisions before you get here.
How do I find out what my home is worth?
Start with the free instant estimate on my home value page. It’s a quick ballpark, but a computer can’t see your new kitchen or that the house next door just sold. For a number you can actually plan around, ask me. I’ll look at your home and what similar homes nearby have sold for, then give you a price range with the reasons behind it. It’s free and there’s no obligation.
Can I buy my next home before I sell this one?
Often, yes. Depending on your equity and loan, we can write an offer contingent on your sale, line up both closings for the same week or negotiate a rent-back so you aren’t moving twice. The right option depends on your numbers, so we map it out before you start shopping.
Do you work with first-time buyers?

How long does it take to sell a home in Hampton Roads?
It depends on your city, price range and how the home is prepped and priced. My market snapshot shows current average days on market by city. For your home specifically, I’ll pull recent sales of homes like yours and give you a realistic timeline.
Why work with you instead of a discount or online-only brokerage?

Do you help investors buy rental properties?
Yes. I help investors, and military families keeping a home when they PCS, buy and sell rental properties across Hampton Roads. I don’t manage properties myself, but I can point you to property management options.
What if I’m moving out of Hampton Roads?
