Add Up What You Pay for Now
Most agents never total what they spend outside their split: the CRM, the photographer, the TC, the signs, the coaching program, the health plan. Put your real numbers in the calculator and see what you’d keep.
A $9,000 GCI deal at 85/15 pays the company $1,350 until you cap. Once you cap, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of your cap year, and your cap gets smaller every year you stay.
A Network Worth Showing Up For
Benefits get agents in the door. The people are why they stay. A few of the ways Epique agents learn from each other:
Epique Benefits: Questions Agents Ask
Is the healthcare benefit the same as health insurance?
No. It isn’t major-medical health insurance. What it does include is primary doctor visits, urgent care, mental health care and prescriptions, which covers a lot of the care most agents use day to day. If you need full insurance coverage too, you’ll want a separate plan. Plan details and eligibility are set by Epique, so I’ll walk you through the current specifics.
How does the declining cap work?
You pay a 15% company split until you hit your annual cap. The cap is $15,000 in your first year and drops $1,000 each year, down to $10,000. Cap deferment options are also available, which can help when you’re switching mid-year or ramping up. Ask me how they work.
Are the benefits really included?
The benefits listed here are included with your Epique membership. Some have eligibility rules or limits, and Epique updates its offerings over time, so I’ll walk you through the current details on our call.
What are revenue share and company stock?
Epique shares a portion of company revenue with agents and offers stock awards. On a call, I’ll explain how both work and what they could look like for you.
